Word Race: Pashto Ghost Pace Typing Game

What this game is

Speed in isolation is easy to fake. Pacing is harder. Word Race puts a pace bar next to yours so you feel whether you are ahead or behind in real time. If you have a winning personal best, that finish time becomes the ghost you chase. If not, you race a set AI WPM for the difficulty.

How to play Word Race

1. Pick Easy (20 words), Normal (30), or Hard (40).
2. Start the race. Your bar and the ghost/AI bar fill as words are completed.
3. Type each Pashto word and confirm with Space.
4. Beat the opponent’s finish time to win. A tiny window can still count as a tie.

Rules

• The word count is fixed per difficulty — this is not an endless stream.
• Wins against your own ghost update the ghost for the next race.
• If you have no winning PB yet, you race an AI pace (about 15 / 25 / 35 WPM).
• Accuracy still affects score even if you win.

Scoring

Base points come from words completed. A win adds a speed bonus for how much you beat the opponent, then accuracy and difficulty multipliers apply.
